IMMIGRANT CLAMOR HAS EVERYONE'S ATTENTION

This weeks marches and demonstrations which led to Monday's boycotts and workers strike has upgraded the border issue to a national one. Just as this issue is unbalanced in Arizona's legislature it seems the national legislature will have the same problem. The two very different sides of this issue need to work together to try and find solutions that both sides can be happy with

The immigration debate continues with counties on the border who don't want lawmakers ignoring their needs to have input on legislation about border control. They feel they have more understanding of the needs on both sides of the border.

Governor: Legislators immigration ideas designed for bumper stickers

Gov. Napolitano stated her position on illegal immigrants will not change even during her run for re-election.

The Republican and Democratic party are so far apart on the issue of border control. Both parties need to meet more in the middle to come up with solutions that both sides can be happy with. It looks as though Napolitano will win re-election but if she does not the two sides differ to much on this issue.
