Big Issue for Governors Race

The big issue for this race looks as though it will be the border controversy. At the White House this weekend at the Governors convention, many states said they want tougher border enforcement. "From states like Utah, Missouri, Tenessee and Vermont governors said immigrants are costing states dollars and spurring legislation."
Arizona, a state where 500,000 attempts to illegally cross were turned back and an untold amount got through, Dem. Gov. J. Napolitano said "Taxpayers are absorbing the costs of incarcerating, health care and education for illegal immigrants." Nationally there is an estimated 11 million illegal immigrants.
It will be interesting to see the Republican candidates stance on this issue. I think this will become a big issue in this election.
